SharePoint online list form customize throw power App publish

dears ,

each time i publish the power app form to a sharepoint list the power appp form is not appearing the original sharepoint list form appear

i have click on customize sharepoint list through powerapps and published the power app form .

can i get help here

Check your Form Settings in your SharePoint list. Make sure that they are set to "use a custom form created in PowerApps". Also, make sure your list is in the new list experience mode.

I have applied all the settings you have mentioned but still am getting the original SharePoint list form

How did you create your integration to start with? Did you choose "customize forms" or "create an App"?

If you selected customize forms, you should see your forms appear depending on what you customized.

If you selected create an app, well, it's not going to show up anywhere except in your App list.

i went to the list in sharepoint online in the new mode and clicked customise in power apps
