Guest User Office 365 Outlook connector not working

I have added one guest user for using our company app and bought Per user plan as well. He received Email and when he is click email he is able to open the app but before that few permissions as required. Office 365 Outlook connector is not able to connect and showing error. Look at the screen shots. Any work-around this issue please?

Guest user is using his private Email xxxxx@outlook.com

I tried re-starting the app but same issue every time.

Hi @ashokpershad,

Unfortunately the Office 365 Outlook connector is not supported for guest access. Here is a list that shows connector support for guests.

Thanks for your reply.
In that case, what is the work-around for same. I am using this connector so that Users can send/get auto email after task completion. Can we do it any other way ?
Please advice.

You could look into other email connectors such as SMTP or Sendgrid.

Is there any other way to achieve it? we don't want to use connectors having the extra cost.

@VD SendGRID SMTP is the cheapest solution available in market. It is giving 100 free emails/day for users. After that nominal charges.

Save the needed info (subject, recipient, email body, other info related to a particular item) in a SharePoint list when pressing the button that performs the action where notification is necessary.

Remove the Office365Outlook connector from the app.

Create a Power Automate Cloud flow that triggers when an item is created in that SharePoint list (the list contains as specified, all the columns needed with info to be sent via email).

Flow will be created with a functional account (or your internal account)

Get item details in the next step and send an email using that info from the list.

Because the flow will use the flow owner’s account, and is triggered when an item is created in the SP list, the guest users will not necessarily need the Office365Outlook connector in the app.
