Hi All,
I have deployed my PVA in teams and trying to transfer the conversation to a live agent.I am getting the below error on teams while transferring the conversation to an agent.
Error message on teams:
An error has occurred. Error code: TransferConversationNotSupported Conversation Id: a:1xZeBMo1pLv0b73W3KR5JRRNvl7lrAZbN_gkOEiCQFXoSQ3hoRkKxUVBrAgH1icyR9eso4WGijNwKgNBv9Wenl9q-dMkQ5jSbCT7y99ZWF-ziLMojQ2j9LvY91GxBmFSB Time (UTC): 2024-04-16T15:33:32.027Z.
This same PVA bot is integrated with a Power pages and is working fine and transferring data to the workstream configured on the Omnichannel customer service. I would greatly appreciate any guidance offered..
