How can we Refresh SLA Timer in Dynamic CRM

Hello everyone,

I have Requirement to refresh SLA timer

I want to refresh Timer of AHT KPI, when case owner change then I need to refresh SLA AHT KPI Timer 

please anyone help me with this this task in high priority.

    Hi @demo0991 

     

    Am afraid that is not possible, because SLA will trigger based on the status. Based on your requirement you can change the status based on Owner change to make the SLA refresh.

     

    Let's wait for others comments too
