Able to use AI Builder without licence/capacity

Hi,

I seem to be able to use AI builder (and premium flows!) even though according to my license I shouldn't be able to.

There is nothing in the consumption report in Admin Center. Is there some cost being generated somewhere I can't see? I am not an admin in my tenant.

Thanks for any help,

D

    Hi @berdavnes ,

Your capabilities mention that you have access to Standard connectors, which is possible because you have a Power Automate Free license. This license can come with O365 licenses.

You can use AI Builder because you either started an AI Builder trial in your environment or someone in your organization acquired AI Builder credits (directly or indirectly through other Power Platform licenses). Such credits can be used in any environment.

Learn more about AI Builder licensing and Power Platform licensing.

    Hope that helps!

    Hi Antrod

I am able to use Premium connectors but I cannot figure out why. I did post about that before but I might have posted in the wrong place as I didn't get any replies. Have you any idea why that is?

Regarding the AI builder credits, is there anywhere I can check the default tenant capacity and usage? The default environment doesn't appear for me in the Power Apps Admin Center.

    Thanks,

    Hi @berdavnes ,

You should perhaps ask your organization admin if you know his/her identity. This person may be able to tell you which license you and your organization is entitled to (In Microsoft Admin Center) and would perhaps be able to know if you have credits in your power platform environments (PPAC > Resources > Capacity > Add-Ons section > [Look for AI Builder]).
