Hello All,

I need some help in SharePoint.

Could anyone please help me on how to notify a person if the SharePoint line item is empty or the line item is below some values?

    Hi,

Could you explain the issue in more detail? What do you mean by "Line item is empty"? Do you mean you want to notify the user if a specific column from the list item is empty then provide an example of how you would like it to be displayed etc.

Typically, the process involves capturing deletions that occur in a SharePoint list. This triggers a Power Automate flow. Subsequently, we retrieve all items in the SharePoint list using the "Get Items" connector. If the output from this action is empty, indicating no items exist, we send an email to the users. Otherwise, we proceed without sending any emails.

    Hello Gochix,

The "line item" I meant here is the rows in the SharePoint list.
