Hello,

Is the PowerApps application in the Microsoft Store worthless? We have the PowerApps application on an iPad, works fine, on an iPhone, works fine, and on an Android phone works fine.

We got in a Surface tablet to test out and I downloaded the PowerApps application from the MS store and no go. The app works, but my CDS connection is nowhere to be found and MS support doesn't know what I'm even asking.

I also keep getting this error message -

But, when I go to the store no updates are available. The version I have is 3.18054.39.

I understand that the Apps can be run in a browser at home.dynamics.com, but the goal was to hand the employees tablets which only had their Office Applications.

I can verify that the Windows 10 Power Apps application won't work with CDS as a data source. I don't know why, but since removing the Power Apps Studio app a year or so ago there hasn't really been a lot of effort put into the Windows 10 app. MS expects people to use the new Edge Chromium browser instead. Especially for Dynamics based apps.
