Error on Attachment Control Uploading a file

I am getting an error message when uploading a file using attachment control.

The weird thing is that it was working fine and suddenly started this error. Even in the development mode it still works fine.

Error is:

AzureBlobStorage.CreateFile failed: { "error": { "code": 400, "message": "Error validating Execution Restrictions - Bad Execution Restrictions", "source": "***.azure.net", "path": "choose[3]\\when[1]\\choose\\when[1]", "policyId": "", "clientRequestId": "*****-****-****-****-*********" } }

I am using this command:

AzureBlobStorage.CreateFile("myfolder" , Text( Now(), "yyyymmdd-HHmmssam/pm-") & Last(AttachmentControl_1.Attachments).Name, Last(AttachmentControl_1.Attachments).Value));

I get a similar error - 400 error code, returning your authoring version to 3.24032.26 will probably fix it:
Settings:Support:Edit in power apps studio

No luck!
Please consider it is working fine in the development mode, but I get this error when the app is being played outside the editing environment.

Yes, I did multiple times.
And I noticed something!
Every time I save and publish, it is automatically changed to that newer version when I get back to it!
