folks,

  I have two SP list.

1. HR - where hr fill up onboard entries.

2. Department RBAC - IT Department set department roles and RBAC in this list. both lists are choice.

When requester fill up entries and click on save,

It emails to IT Department with link of 2nd list. They click on link and fill up two column in the list.

Once done, they submit through email (it trigger back my flow)

The issue I am facing I am getting all data from 2nd list, not just latest entry.

Asking about PowerApps or Power Automate (Flow)?

    If asking about PowerApps:

Can try to have PowerApps Gallery control to 2nd list.

The PowerApps Refresh function may help update the data of this list if it does not show the new item there.

Other than this it might require more detail about the app itself.

If asking about Power Automate (Flow):

Use Get Items and just get the second list - or if not, what specifically is the issue getting all the list items from the second list?

    it is flow.

First list give employ id or upn. 2nd list give selective department role and RBAC. 2nd list is Choice column with multiple choice enable. so IT Depart select new employee Department role and RBAC.

For example. new user USER1 need to be in Department Finance with RBAC (Group1, and Group2). IT select on 2nd list column Department 'Finance', and RBAC 'Group1' and 'Group2'.

So if new user is in different department with different RBAC, would be problem...
