Power Apps - Download Large data (7000 Records) from D365 Finance & Operations Connectors into Local Collection

I want to build an Offline Power App to search the Product Master and display the Product Description and the Retail Price. 

 

We have a large Product Master in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (7000 records) and as we know the Data Row limit for non-delegable queries is between 1 - 2000 max, I am unable to collect the entire Product Master in my local collection to work offline.

 

Any ideas or suggestions/workaround to collect the entire Product Master in a single collection.

    Read this post. I point from it is that, it depends on the capacity of phone on machine being used. He was able to upload 11,000 rows.
