Visualizing pen input binary data in Excel and power BI

I have over 300 rows of pen input signatures collected in SharePoint. I exported the actual binary data without the base64 prefix. See the attachment. 

 

How can I visualize all the signature along the other columns of data in Excel, CSV and powerBI
