Newbie question for flows activity

Hi all, I had pulled up a list of flows using the archive score but is there any other way to validate the flows last usage? I believe the flow can only record or maintain history for 28 days and we are talking about flows which are stale for more than 6 months! Any suggestions would be helpful! Thank you

We did a recent implementation of archival of unused apps and flows. Below are the high-level steps we followed and got better results.

    1. Identify the flows that were not running, status = Stopped or cancelled.
    2. Filter those again based on created date or Modified date? Ideally if you are staring 12 months is better. You can reduce this to 6 months later.
    3. Next step is list the owners or creator of the flows.
    4. For steps 1 to 3, you can get help from starter kit https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/guidance/coe/starter-kit
    5. Prepare a communication plan
    6. Communicate with the users on what you will be doing with these stale flows.
    7. Comms plan to could be sending multiple emails and given enough time for people to take action. Either delete those by owners or you can archive/delete if there is no action.
    8. Repeat the process once in 6 months or 12 months.
