What are the business cases to consume AI builder models?

Hello,

I have been looking at AI Builder overview for the first time that explains how AI Builder works for the canvas apps, however what are those business cases where models built using AI Builder can be consumed ? For example, when picture is added via object detector, it identifies what's inside the picture based on trained Model, however what are the use cases where this control/model can be useful ?

Then, there is a form processor that displays the data coming from the form which we can fetch and consume, however what are those use cases where these models can be useful?
