HTML and Commas

I am needing help with getting a comma to show up in my HTML. The DataCardValue has the comma but it doesn't pull over in the HTML. 
 
 <td style='border:2px solid black;background-color:rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.5);'><b>"&DataCardValue25.Text&"</b></td>
 
Please help. :)
