Teams - Copilot studio unable to Edit Bot

Dear Team,

I am reaching out regarding an issue I've been experiencing with Microsoft Copilot Studio - accessed from Teams. For the past couple of days, I have been unable to edit my bot. Whenever I attempt to make changes and click on edit button, it remains in a "waiting" state indefinitely, preventing me from proceeding with my work.

Here are the details of the problem:

- Issue: Unable to edit bot.
- Symptom: The bot remains in a "waiting" state after attempting to edit. Stuck at "loading spinner"
- Duration: This issue has persisted for the past couple of days.

I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including refreshing, logging out and logging back in, and even trying to edit the bot with Teams - Copilot Studio from different devices. However, the problem persists regardless of these attempts.

Given the importance of this task for my project, I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue promptly. If there are any specific troubleshooting steps or settings adjustments that I should try, please do let me know. Alternatively, if there is a known issue on your end that is causing this problem, I would appreciate an update on when it is expected to be resolved.

Thank you very much for your attention to this matter.

It seems to be a worldwide problem with license checking between Teams and Copilot Studio.
At least now we can edit the chatbot, but it is not working in Teams.

A Microsoft support case has been opened.
