I don't know what i need to do to.
I want to make a login screen with permission verification.

From what I see in your pictures, you are referring to a Control...not a property.
If permissao is your TextInput control, then you need to use permissao.Text
Also, you should not be using the SelectectText property on your dropdown as that is a deprecated property and should be avoided. It should be .Selected.columnName where column name is the name of the column with your data value you want.

It appears that your permissao column is defined as a choice column. So you should be referencing it in your formula as Permissao.Value to get (compare) the value of it.
