Hello,
There is a Smartsheet form which is filled in by users. Afterwards our admin check the information and if everything is corrects updates a column called status to "approved".
I want this to trigger a flow, which would then check the value of that column and update a table in dataverse accordingly. A task which sounds simple enough if it wasnt for the limitations of the Smartsheet actions and the fact that the flow triggers not only on update.
i managed to get the last row added using this method -https://community.smartsheet.com/discussion/75605/when-a-new-row-is-created-in-smartsheet-get-the-data-from-that-new-row-and-use-it-in-power-automate/p2 the problem is when multiple requests hit the sheet, the flow looks only at the last row added and does not check which row is updated with "approved" (i saw there was a suggested solution to this, but i tried it a couple of time and was not able to make it work).
I was thinking of delaying or using do until in some fashion but cant figure out the exact specifics.
Any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated!
