multiple Choice loop back , Chat bot name and image

hey team,

Few Questions here.

First you can see that the Chat bots name and image is not correct.

Second how can i make it available to respond to more then one Selecte

Example user Selects Next gen live events receives the messaging but then wants to click on on Air Graphics with out starting the chat all over again.

You can follow this doc to add an image to your bot in Teams:

Add a chatbot to Microsoft Teams - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Docs

To have your bot not restart the conversation over. You can have multiple Topics instead of 1 main topic that does all. You can have a Polling topic that redirects to the sub topics.

I agree with you.

@TheWillett

it's better to create subtopics and have your options as trigger phrases. So, when your user sends "Next..." you'll trigger a subtopic.
