I have a contact at Head Office (the top tier account), that needs to be able to see the service lines of the Agreements (ie Agreement Booking Setup/Product) for all of the child accounts under the Head Office. I don't think this can be done via regular portal security and I don't want to put that contact on every agreement, so my question is what is the best way to implement to maintain a secure environment but still allow this user access to the necessary agreements for all of their offices?

As per the link Raga provided it can be done: 'parent' scope is your friend. One thing to watch out for is that you need to configure Table Permission for each layer of hierarchy (i.e. HQ Account to access Child Account of a Child Account requires additional configuration vs HQ Account to access a direct Child Account).

Hi, I've created the diagram to help with discussion. I'm trying to wrap my head around this one. Do I have to create three levels of Account to Account parental table permissions for parent ID? The Agreement entity only has the Child Account attached to it. The Contact to Account table permissions already exists, however, do I need to add another one that is exclusive to this scenario for cascading child permissions?

The easiest way I find to think about it is that the Relationships between the Entities is a 'pathway', and each pathway I need a set of Entity/Table Permissions to be able to navigate a pathway, so if I have 2 pathways e.g. if in your Diagram the Agreements also come off the Parent Account, then I need a Pathway for the Parent Account to the Agreements and below as well as a set of permissions for the Pathway for the Child Account.
