Direct Query mode (PowerApp visual in PowerBI)

Hi All, 

 

I am currently using Sharepoint list or excel file as my data source in powerapps and powerBI. Believing they both don't support direct query and only support scheduled refresh.

 

Is there a way I can import data easily to platform or software without much difficulty? I am more inclined towards CDS data source or SQL.

    There are plenty of YouTube videos / blog posts on how you use Power Automate to copy data from SharePoint/Excel to Dateverse - just do a google search.

     

    Not sure about the same for SQL though
