Chatbot is not working

I have created a chatbot through copilot studio, when I try it, I don't have answers back, the asset is connected to SPO site that contains all the information that chatbot needs to generate an answer.
the message that I receive is: "No information was found that could help answer this".
 
What I can to do or what I can to try?

    Chatbot is not working
    I had similar issue:
    • Verify Data Source Connection: Ensure the SharePoint Online (SPO) site is correctly connected and accessible.

    • Check Permissions: Confirm that the chatbot has permission to access the SPO site content.

    • Review Data Indexing: Make sure the necessary information on the SPO site is indexed and formatted for retrieval.
