License needed, but which one?

This question is maby asked many times, but i can't find the right answer on the microsoft website.

So my situation:

We are building a app for our company where we must have a datasource with one to many (1:*) relationships. My idea was to build something in Dataverse and make an data-entry app in Power Apps. What i've found is that i need a premium connector for Power Apps. Now we also want to make a dashboard in Power BI to show the entered data and make dashboards etc. do i also need a premium license for Power BI?

Last question; do all team members who are using app/dashboard need the license?

For Power BI, you need a PowerBI Pro license at minimum for consuming other’s reports in the web/PowerBi Service. Don’t know if you have enterprise M365 licensing but an E5 license includes Power BI Pro so if you have that then you’re good.

If you connect Dataverse to your Canvas app, you are basically tagging it as a premium app. Once premium, anyone who tries to ‘play’ the app will run a license check for Power Apps Premium licensing. So yes, you’ll need to license all your team members.

Thanks for the info! We don't have an E5 license. So this means we need a BI pro license and a premium for power Apps.
