Sharing PowerApps within Organization

I am trying to publish a PowerApp for the whole organization and I am using a private Sharepoint Online Site's-  List, Documents pages as the content for this PowerApp. Do I need to add the whole organization to this SharePoint site as well so that they can access the content of my PowerApp like the forms, documents, etc?

    If you are using the SharePoint site's lists and documents in the Power App then yes everyone will need appropriate permissions to the site in order to use the Power App.
