"Authentication is not configured for this bot" in managed solution

Hi,

I am facing an issue that when I imported the copilot studio in my UAT and setup the authentication is says

"Authentication is not configured for this bot Error code: AuthenticationNotConfigured."

Also in Security --> Authentication

The tenant id is not getting populated

In need of urgent help.

I'm commenting so that this can get some traction. Same thing is happening to me after deploying through a solution

Hey !
I hope you are doing well. When you configure authentication for teams, you have to configure it in two different places. In security (which is the screen you are showing) you should put https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/oauth2/v2.0/token as token exchange URL (it is a standardised value). If your configuration worked for this step, you should be able to access the test website in "channel".

For teams deployment, you need to go to channel > Teams and then :
Modify the details of the copilot.

And in this place only you do the thing with api://botid-
