Issues in testing a copilot: from 1 prompt, why does it answer 2 times intead of one ?

Hello all, 
 
I have encountered a problem recently. I'm working on a custom copilot in Microsoft Copilot Studio. I have published it on 3 different channels (Teams, demo website, and a custom website). The problem is: when I enter only one prompt, it answers me with two distinct answers. It seems like it would process the same prompt two times, and send me its two generated responses. I only want it to answer only one time given an only one prompt from a user. 
How to explain it ? How to fix it ? 
 
Is that possible to speak with a microsoft representative about it ?

    Your Copilot may be set up to listen for multiple events or triggers that lead to the same prompt being processed twice. For example, if your bot is listening for both a direct message and a mention, the same prompt might be processed separately for each trigger. There may be issues with how your backend service or APIs are configured, leading to multiple calls being made when a single prompt is sent.
