Drag and Drop Feature in Power Apps without external solutions

Hello,
I am looking for a way to use drag & drop components in Microsoft PowerApps. I know the solution to import from Scott Durow, but unfortunately I don't have the rights to import it. I cannot import external solutions.
Does anyone know of a possibility?

You can use an invisible Slider Control, that lies on top of what you are dragging. That way you can at least sort of drag horizontally.

Box1, Box2, Box3

With Slider on top, values 1-3

Boxes show Image/whatever if Slider.Value is their number.

Can you provide any details and mockups of what you need to do exactly? You won't find any "real" type answers, so we have to do things like @StefanLunneborg suggested, which is one way for sure. and people definitely use.
