Deployed app not updating

I've deployed my most recent version of my PowerApp 3 times but for some reason, the version from last week is still showing. No messages to update in the browser and no errors on the PowerApp side for deployment. Any ideas what might be going on or what to check?

Are you deploying it using a Solution file or do you mean you are publishing it and a new version isn't showing when you run it?

I've tried a couple of ways. I typically just go to the solution and use the Deploy feature. That typically works. I've also exported the solution and then imported into production. Still the same issue. It's really odd that the changes I made in Development aren't making it into Production.

One other odd thing I noticed with the export. The files are dated today but the time stamp was 5 hours into the future. Not sure if there is something there to investigate.

Just for some clarification of my process.

Make the changes to the app in development

Save the changes

Publish the changes

Go back to Solutions and use the Deploy feature to push to production.

This usually works. The deployment and the import still have the old version of the app.

Still not getting this to deploy correctly. What are the ramifications of deleting the solution from Production and then deploying from Development? Or is there a way to see if changes in Development actually got published before deploying? Really, any suggestions at this point would be useful.

Went ahead and deleted the solution from production and reimported it. That worked. Changes are live now but tables are blown away. I need to rebuild those. Didn't think that far ahead. Now I am trying to recover them,
