Attachments are intermittently skipped while submitting the Customized list forms using PowerApps

We have observed an issue with SharePoint List Forms integrated with PowerApps while saving the form along with attachments. The attachments are not saved along with the form intermittently. Observed this is happening when the internet speed is slow and attachment size is in few MBs (less than 10MB). Technicians are using this list at field location to submit the forms and so this happening on mobile. However how could we stop the whole submission of the form rather letting it partially submit without attachments. Either submit with attachments or dont submit at all. How should we check that in PowerApps?

I am running into a similar issue. Users are having an intermittent saving issue. For the most part, saving submissions on the PowerApps form works; however, I am receiving reports of instances where the PowerApps form closes after the users save the item, and nothing is saved to the SharePoint list - No errors on submission. Furthermore, this occurs on multiple SharePoint list and PowerApps form with attachments option on the form.

@thoang858 Your issue appears to be different from what I had. Mine was missing attachments while submitting the form. The form submission with the column data never failed for me.
