    Hi @Anonymous ,

Have you created a Site map for your custom Dashboard in your App Designer?

If you want to see your custom dashboard in your Model-Driven form, you must defined a Site map for the custom dashboard in your App Designer.

Please check the following blog for more details:

    Best regards,

    Hi @Anonymous,

You need to navigate to the Sitemap Designer from the App Designer (shown in your screen shot). Add a Sub Area and select the type Dashboard, and the select your dashboard to add it to the navigation.

Thanks for the reply,  we have a created a dashboard in the App designer as shown below, image.png

But when we play the application, this dashboard is not shown anywhere.  How do we see the created dashboards in the play mode?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

Do you want to display your custom Dashboard within your Model-Driven app?

If you want to display your custom Dashboard within your Model-Driven app, you need to create a Site map for the Dashboard in your App Designer, then set the Default dashboard property to your custom dashboard.5.JPG

Please check the following article for more details:

Please also check and see if the following blog would help in your scenario:
