I have few documents uploaded to copilot and then added generative AI plugin to to the node, kept settings as "Allow AI to use its own general knowledge as true", "Content Moderation High" and selected few documents to select an answer from. I worked and responded from the docx uploaded for a day or 2 and then from past 3-4 days it is not responding from the documents.
what I have tried to fix the issue:
tried manipulating prompts
Tried deleting and adding documents again
Tried "turning off Allow AI to use its own general knowledge as true" and "Content Moderation as low", then it stops responding says "not able to find that information".
I feel like it is not picking the documents to search and summarize the data.
