Create a Line chart using more than 3 variables in the same chart (Actuals (with all previous years), Forecast & Budget)

Hi All,

 

I am trying to create a line chart where I want to have all three lines Actual, Budget & forecast, along with this in actual I have all the years of the data how do I incorporate into one graph.

Please help me to solve how am I supposed to format the data to achieve below result
