Replace True/False with Yes/No and Add Column Name

Hi Power Apps community,

I have added a label within my gallery that identifies which customers have already been surveyed this financial year. However, this label comes up with true/false and I would like to replace this with yes/no. I would also like to include the column name 'Previously surveyed for FY23' before the 'yes'/'no' e.g. 'Previously surveyed for FY23: Yes'

Lastly, is it possible to have all of the 'no' rows in a red text so that they know that they cannot choose these customers.

I currently have the code within gallery 'Items':

ThisItem.'Previously Surveyed in FY23'

Text property of label

"Previously surveyed for FY23: "&

If(ThisItem.'Previously surveyed for FY23',"Yes","No")

For the color property,

If(ThisItem.'Previously surveyed for FY23', Red, Black)
