Security for SharePoint Document library

We have SharePoint integration with D365 I am having a requirement to isolate SharePoint documents between different Model driven apps in Power platform. Ex: B2B App users should able to see Documents related to B2B Opportunities. Currently Both B2C and B2B opportunity documents saved on Opportunity folder. Users should not able to browse documents belong to other app. What is the best way to achieve this ?

It is not possible to segregate the access to the SharePoint documents based on the access to the model-driven app. Model-driven apps are just user interfaces and SharePoint documents are tied to the Opportunity table. The only way that I can think of is to create a separate child table for Opportunity (e.g. B2C Opportunity Documents, B2B Opportunity Documents), restrict those tables with a security role and upload the document there instead of uploading in Opportunity.

    Hi LinnZaw

Thanks. My point is how I can secure documents in 2 folders with not letting others browse those. I have tried to move files to Opportunity folder to B2C Opportunity folder and create new document locations  through power automate.

Even if you create a new document location, the user can still select the different one from the drop-down.

Sorry, I can't think of any solution other than creating a child table for each user role.
