Not able to remove the Currency and Exchange after removing the Currency type field from table(entity) in Dataverse

I have added the currency type field to the existing table(entity) in Dataverse, it added two fields automatically to the table they are Currency (Lookup) and Exchange Rate (decimal). But due to some reason we do not need this currency type field in the table, so I decided to remove it. Even after removal of the field still the referenced lookup fields (standard fields) Currency (Lookup) and Exchange Rate (decimal), tried removing relationship also, but no luck. Can someone suggest me a workaround or fix for it.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @ArchitectMadhan ,

    Please refer to below doc:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/data-platform/types-of-fields#using-currency-columns

    Note:

For each currency column you add, another currency column is added with the suffix _Base on the name. This column stores the calculation of the value of the currency column you added and the base currency. Again, if this column is added to the form, it can’t be edited.

    Hi @v-jefferni ,

Thanks for your immediate response, yes we got the idea why those two standard fields Currency and Exchange Rate are created by default when we created a Currency Type field. But after deleting the Currency type field also, these two standard field are there in the table. We are not able to remove those fields (Currency and Exchange).

When I say, after deleting the currency type field, that means its not in any forms right? If there is any dependency it will not let us to delete the field right.

Hope now you understood the issue I am facing.

    Hi @ArchitectMadhan ,

Even if you have removed the currency column that added before, the two columns "Currency" & "Exchange Rate" are still there in the Table, that's the dependency and the reason why the relationship could not be deleted.

So in another words once we add currency column to a table those two linked columns can never be removed unless we remove the whole table? Is there any workaround on how to remove them?
