Users can't edit records in sub-grid section in a form

Hi, I've a form in a model-driven app. The form contains a sub-grid section (black rectangle in image).

The sub-grid section contains data from another table which is linked (using lookup fields). Whenever I select a record in the sub-grid, I can see the edit button, clicking which opens another form to edit the record.

However, other users are unable to edit the records in this sub-grid. The can see the data but when they select a record, the edit button does not appear.

Can someone help? Thanks.

Can you please share the following

1. The configuration for the Table

--Is it Custom

Can you please go to the Admin, go to that table and see what settings it has for

A) what level of configuration Organization, BU, User etc etc have

B) what roles are associated to that Table and what security privileges (aka roles) do the people have if they are assigned a role

To me it seems like for that Table the users dont have the proper Role or they have Roles but the roles are configured wrong.

Need to see all of that to try to help. I would start with 1 person only who has an issue, trace back all the groups they are in, trace all the roles they have, trace all the roles and how it provides privileges to the Table you are referrencing

In the Edit Form linked to Form Metadata ,please try updating record id parameter name to id .

This resolved my issue
