Disable Certain Actions/Functions in a Connector

Hello,

 

Is there a way to disable certain functions within a connector? For example, the "check group membership" function in the Azure AD connector would be extremely useful in managing permissions within our apps but the "create new user" function is a part of that same connector and is obviously something that we'd want disabled for app creators. Is there a way to disable only some functions of a connector but allow the use of others?

    Hi,
    I don’t think there is the ability to restrict actions within a connector. However, the connector respects the permissions that are applied to the thing it is connecting to. For example, if you don’t want user to be able to “create new user” in Azure AD then make sure that their Azure AD permissions do not allow them to create a new user.
