Attachment Control Visibility

I'm struggling with getting the attachment control to function properly within my app. The attachment control is inside a form and connected to a SharePoint list. I set the visible properties of the form, card, and control to true.

The control is visible while in edit mode:

When I test from the edit screen using Alt, the control works. When I try to test from the preview screen, nothing is shown:

The user only needs to upload a single excel file for the purpose of the app.

What am I missing?

Please help!

    Hi,

Is that a Gallery? When I see No item to display its usually a Gallery.
Since in Run mode you dont have any Items selected, it is going to say that. In EDIT mode I have reasons why but they aren't important atm.

If its not a gallery, then is it a form? And if so same problem, the Item property is blank/null and you get what you see above.
    Again ignore EDIT mode

You will have to update the Item property of the form to:
    Defaults(<YourDataSource>)
    Hope this helps.

    Kind regards,
    Nandit
