We have had an app in production for months that lets users add attachments to an SP item via a canvas app. The control has a max file size setting of 90 Mb. This was working well, but we were just notified that any file over 50 Mb was still uploading, but the size of the file is always 48,829 Kb (50 Mb). For non-text files this means the files are corrupted.
What would have changed? To review, this is just SP attachments, no Power Automate involved. We even replicated this in a stripped-down debugging app. The monitor shows no abnormal activity.

Major clarification: the files are uplaoding fine. It is truncating when clicking on the attachment in the PowerApp. Response via Monitor:
