Global synonyms?

Can certain terms be configured as synonyms so that Copilot can better understand the questions? For example, "business" and "company" are interchangeable terms among our clients.

I know that we can add multiple phrases in topics; however, this can span across multiple topics, and I would like to avoid that.

For example:
- How to find a company = how to find a business
- How to add employees to a company = how to add employees to a business
- How to get a list of companies = how to get a list of businesses.

Any advice on how I can address this?

Are there any workarounds or Ideas for this until global synonyms are available? For e.g. can I add a document as knowledge with a list of synonyms

Not yet, the only option available is to include both words in the trigger phrases.

e.g. How to find a company/business
