Looking for information on what's possible to prevent people from creating apps/flows in Default, or a mitigation approach.
1) Make Default Managed, but how does this impact M365 automations as they are stored in Default, also how do you prevent Premium users? Security groups are not possible on Default
2) Write Script to remove Maker role from all users in Default every day
3) Something else?
We want to be able to have the potential Maker come to us first, so we can assign them to an appropriate envrionment. We want to do this to ensure applications with a lot of business value are not built in Default, and we know what is going on.

The only thing that can be done is to set up DLP.
