If you add the form to a printable screen you can print it as PDF. I'm not sure of another way to do it directly.
Its a long form , and the Print option only ends up capturing a portion of it
The only other method I'm aware of would be to send the record to a Flow and have the Flow reproduce the form as HTML. That could then be created as a document. That process is usually much easier with a 3rd party connector.
