Model driven app editor stuck in 'Loading preview'

I'm having an issue editing all model-driven apps. It gets stuck on 'Loading preview.

What I’ve tried that didn’t work:

  • Creating a new MD app
  • Editing an existing MD app
  • Exporting the app to a CDX environment
  • Using Edge and Chrome
  • Trying on 3 different computers
  • Clearing the cache
  • Editing in incognito mode
  • Publishing all customizations
  • Publishing the app from classic mode
  • Using just the standard Dataverse 'User' table
  • Using custom Dataverse tables

I can publish the app, and it works just fine.
I can edit using the classic editor without any issues.

Is anyone else experiencing this, or does anyone have ideas on how to troubleshoot?"

    I'm having the same issue and the maker portal was functional on last Friday 4/11.

    I received the following response from Microsoft Support: "We are currently addressing the issues with Model-driven apps. We have raised this matter with the product team, and the upcoming update scheduled for May is expected to resolve these issues." The update discussed here is for the region of my environment. They mentioned that the update will start rolling out from the last week of April. They also mentioned that they will look for a hotfix or workaround for the issue, but as of the last communication, they were still working on it. However, I was able to access the Model-driven app in edit mode, though the navigation was a little glitchy.
