I am seeking assistance with a PowerApp development project that involves four distinct roles: applicant, manager, director, and issuer.
The process begins with the applicant completing their section of the form. After submission, a notification is dispatched to the respective manager, who then proceeds to fill out their segment of the form. Once the manager submits their part, a notification is generated for the director, prompting them to complete their portion of the form and make a decision to approve or reject the request. Upon approval, the notification is directed to the issuer, responsible for finalizing the form, assigning an access tag number for the applicant's card, and ensuring its issuance. It's important to note that the applicant's signature is required on the form to acknowledge receipt.
The primary challenge I'm facing is the seamless integration of all these form sections. The data source I'm using is Dataverse, and the assignment of the manager is contingent upon the applicant's reporting structure within Active Directory.
