I deployed a bad version of a Powerapp application and users are now stuck in that bad version. I rolled back to a previous version of the application and republished, however the application is not recognizing the new version.

I am guessing that because when the users launch the app, there is not enough processing time to allow them to update to the latest version. This is happening on web and mobile (iOS). Please advise.

Hello!

For IOS I would recommend for the users, to clean up the cache data from the mobile and try it again. I don't know why but in IOS the updates are too slow.

And for the web, just clean up the cache (ctrl + shift + del) and delete temp file. It will force to download again.

Nevermind. I was clearing cache (on desktop) and reinstall app (on iOS), however, even thought I rolled back the version, I didn't publish the rolled back version. Thanks!
