An error occurs when opening certain apps.

Error message ->

An error occurred while opening the file.

Restoring to a previous version does not fix it.

    Hi kjk0807

    1. Clear Cache: Clear the browser cache if you are using Power Apps in a web browser, or clear the cache for the Power Apps app if you're using it on a device.

    2. Different Browser/Device: Attempt to open the app in a different web browser or on a different device to see if the issue persists.

    3. Check Permissions: Ensure that you have the correct permissions to access the app and that it has not been shared with restrictions that could be preventing you from opening it.

    4. Power Apps Service Status: Check the Power Apps Service status to see if there's an ongoing issue with the Power Apps platform.

    5. App Sharing Issues: If the app was shared with you, verify with the owner that the app is still shared and that no changes were made to sharing settings that could affect access.

    6. Corrupted App: It’s possible the app or a component within the app has become corrupted. You might need to recreate the app or contact Microsoft support for further assistance.

    7. Check Connections: If your app relies on connections to external data sources, verify that those connections are still valid and functioning correctly.

    8. Microsoft Support: If none of the above steps work, reach out to Microsoft Support for further help with detailed error messages and app ID.

    Same Issues here
saved the app on friday and today I was not able to open it.

inPrivate, change browser, restor version, export app and import in different environment, export app and import in different tenant, change authoring version, delete and restore app
in the first run I was able to play the app, after the various troubleshooting attempts it got worse and seems to be broken.

nothing was useful to fix it.
    I've submitted a support ticket

    version seems to be

    3.23104.15
do you have any news on your case ?
