Error - Could not create solution. Failed to load publishers.

Hello, I am in the first step in Power Apps and when I try to create a new solution I get a message saying 'We couldn't load your data' and Could not create solution. Failed to load publishers. Can anyone help please?

We use solutions for Flows (Power Automate) but not for PowerApps. Skip that step and roll on.

No, it just defaults to our domain name. Never messed with it.

I still have the same problem - I'm trying to follow the video on creating a school maintenance solution and the next video requires me to have a solution created it seems so I can't skip it? It says Power Apps at the top of the screen so I don't know what I'm using if not that! I just clicked through to the dev environment like it said in the video, I have no idea what it going on really! Each time I click New solution the side panel is displayed for a minute and then goes away no matter what I click/type. The same happens when I try to create a new published and the error message 'Could not create solution. Failed to load publishers' appears.
