Im trying to add a search text input box to search by "Owner" which is a person column in Sharepoint to the below filter I have already to my gallery so I can search and also have the below filters too that can be chosen.  Any ideas on how to search by "Owner" Display name that is typed into a text box in addition to below ?

 If(
    ChkFilter_Ontime.Value,
    Filter('Action Tracker', Overdue = "On-time"),
    ChkFilter_Overdue.Value,
    Filter('Action Tracker', Overdue = "Overdue"),
    ChkFilter_Due_Today.Value,
    Filter('Action Tracker', Overdue = "Due Today"),
    ChkFilter_Complete.Value,
    Filter('Action Tracker','Status'.Value = "Complete"),
    'Action Tracker'
    )

    As Owner is Person type, you need to filter it by DisplayName of the Person

    you may try filter like below
    Filter(
        'Action Tracker',
        If(
            ChkFilter_Ontime.Value, Overdue = "On-time",
            ChkFilter_Overdue.Value, Overdue = "Overdue",
            ChkFilter_Due_Today.Value, Overdue = "Due Today",
            ChkFilter_Complete.Value, 'Status'.Value = "Complete",
            true
        ) &&
        (
            IsBlank(txtSearchOwner.Text) ||
            StartsWith(Owner.DisplayName, txtSearchOwner.Text)
        )
    )

    or if you want case - insensitive search

    Search(
        Filter(
            'Action Tracker',
            If(
                ChkFilter_Ontime.Value, Overdue = "On-time",
                ChkFilter_Overdue.Value, Overdue = "Overdue",
                ChkFilter_Due_Today.Value, Overdue = "Due Today",
                ChkFilter_Complete.Value, 'Status'.Value = "Complete",
                true
            )
        ),
        txtSearchOwner.Text,
        "Owner.DisplayName"
    )

    Adding some Delegation capacity to this as well
    With(
       {
          _Due:
          If(
             ChkFilter_Ontime.Value,
             "On-time",
             ChkFilter_Overdue.Value,
             "Overdue",
             ChkFilter_Due_Today.Value,
             "Due Today",
             ChkFilter_Complete.Value,
             "Complete"
          )
       },
       With(
          {
             _Data:
             Filter(
                'Action Tracker'
                _Due = Blank() || Overdue = _Due
             )
          },
          Search(
             AddColumns(
                _Data,
                OwnerName,
                Owner.DisplayName
             ),
             YourSearchBox.Text,
             OwnerName
          )
       )
    )

    Thank you both for your help.  This helped me greatly.  I ended up going with @SwatiSTW your first suggestion.

    This one listed below you suggested worked perfectly.

    Filter(
        'Action Tracker',
        If(
            ChkFilter_Ontime.Value, Overdue = "On-time",
            ChkFilter_Overdue.Value, Overdue = "Overdue",
            ChkFilter_Due_Today.Value, Overdue = "Due Today",
            ChkFilter_Complete.Value, 'Status'.Value = "Complete",
            true
        ) &&
        (
            IsBlank(txtSearchOwner.Text) ||
            StartsWith(Owner.DisplayName, txtSearchOwner.Text)
        )
    )

    The structure I used was hopefully to give you (almost) full Delegation functionality while still providing a full Search function (anywhere in the field) rather than StartsWith
