Assistance Required for Dynamic 365 Software

I hope this message finds you well.
 
I am reaching out for your assistance with the Dynamic 365 software that I have built. Specifically, I developed an e-commerce platform that allows customers to place orders. However, I have encountered an issue where the discounts applied to each item are not displayed in the admin section.
 
I have attached a document that includes a video in the zip file for your reference.
 
Could you please provide me with a step-by-step guide on how to resolve this issue before 2 AM Nigeria Time? I need to submit this assignment by 12 PM tomorrow.
Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for posting. For future requests, please share your videos via some link as (and it might only be me) i do not download peoples zips and open them.
     
    Also, its difficult to ask for a step by step solution to a problem just posted and without much details to review. You can also feel free to paste images in (and attach them), I realize that the checks on the files can take hours and sometimes I never ever see them, so share them however you can (links) etc.
     
    Now:
     
    1. What does you applied discounts and you don't see them on the Admin Section mean? Your Apps admin section? or you created an Entity that are Discounts?
    2. How are discounts applied? Calculated Columns? plugins? Business Process?
     
    Hopefully the pictures will show up but please share the Video on a reputable site and share that link and also please share some images in the request so hopefully they will appear :-) before these do

    So, in response to your question:

    The video focuses on the Admin section. After an order is made, both the staff and the admin manager need to approve it. However, on the admin side, the discount for the admin manager does not appear. 

    Do you understand what I mean? Please watch the video for a clearer explanation.

    Thank you for the response.  I promise I will watch it in the morning its 2:46 am I should be asleep lol but I dont sleep often.
     
    And thank you very much for the link etc, as you can see your :-( attached pictures still haven't been approved.. Not sure why it can take so long.
     
    Can you please share if discounts are stored somewhere else? I am wondering if the Admin doesn't have the correct role to see the Column/Row of data.
    Are you adding any Security Requirements (like hiding the column to people) and just forgot to add the Admin people?
     
    Since the original person created the stuff, my guess is they are owner, and the Admin would need to make sure they have all the permissions.
     
    On the screen is it a calculated field, or is the value calculated based on the screen, then saved in the back end?
     
    If the original owner/data requester opens the record do they see the Discount? (post submitting)

    Good morning.

    I hope you're up by now, lol. Hope you had a good night's rest.

    From the video, it seems like the error might be coming from the "given permission."

    I'm wondering—if the customer can see the discount, why can’t the admin who needs to approve it see it as well? Could it be that a table, form, or column from the customer portal is not properly communicating with the admin panel?

    Also, I’m unable to sleep
