How can I migrate one app from one environment to another?

I was doing some tutorials on one environment and made a simple app on my main company's environment. Unfortunately I'm new to the company and I do not have access to the data and I have little privileges. I order to build a CDS for my app, I had to create another environment and create de CDS there.

The problem now is obvious: when I try to connect my app to the CDS it's not available because of the different environments.

How to solve this? Ideally I would migrate the app from my main environment to the second one created just by me....

Never mind. I managed by myself. I found the export/import solution!

Yes, export and import feature can help with migrating apps from one environment to another. You can also create solution and add canvas apps in your solution to be migrated to another environment. More details are available below:
