Is it possible to share environment for external user? if so..
How does he access our tenant and switch between tenants(his environments and our tenant)?
We have a quest account created and are able to share content like sharepoint, onedrive. etc.
Reason is to enable external user to deploy/ config / support solutions

The guest user (external user) must have a license and can only have user access. Here is the documentation on sharing a canvas app with guest.
